Terms & conditions
These terms apply when you order from Witchways Pure Vegan. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Jackie Mecheri, trading as Witchways Pure Vegan, based in Spain. Contact: hello@witchwayspurevegan.com.
2. Products
Everything is handmade in small batches from plant-derived ingredients. Because they are made by hand, colour, scent and texture can vary slightly between batches — this is normal and not a fault. Ingredients are listed on every product listing.
3. No medical claims
Our products are cosmetic and botanical body-care items. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always patch test before first use, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition.
4. Orders and prices
Adding items to your basket is not an order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email after payment has been received. Prices are shown in euros. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you first if we do.
5. Payment
Payment is taken by card through Wise, or by direct bank transfer to our N26 account. Physical orders are prepared once payment has cleared. Digital products are delivered after payment is confirmed by the delivery platform.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, destinations and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation and returns
Your statutory rights, our 14-day cancellation policy, and the hygiene exceptions that apply to opened cosmetic products are explained in full on our Returns & Refunds page. Rules for digital products are on our Digital Product Delivery page.
8. Digital products and copyright
E-books and workbooks are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, copy, republish or redistribute them in whole or in part. All text, images, product names and photography on this site remain the property of Witchways Pure Vegan.
9. Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for reactions caused by ignoring the listed ingredients, allergy advice or directions for use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of their country of residence within the EU.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
