RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
At Witchways Pure Vegan, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains the cancellation, return and refund arrangements that apply to your order, whether you have bought physical products or digital downloads.
1. Physical Products — Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
If your order has already been prepared, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return arrangements below will apply instead.
Order preparation / dispatch timeframe: Normally 3–5 working days.
2. Physical Products — Returns
If you would like to return a physical product, please contact Witchways Pure Vegan before sending anything back. This allows us to understand the reason for the return and provide you with the appropriate instructions.
We do not operate a blanket “no returns” policy. Where a return is accepted, we will guide you through the next steps so the item can be assessed and any refund due can be processed.
Timeframe for notifying us and returning goods: For eligible online purchases, customers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal. After notifying us, the goods should be returned within 14 days. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
3. Hygiene, Cosmetic & Personal-Care Products
Where goods are supplied sealed and are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply once the seal has been broken, where permitted by applicable consumer law. This is especially relevant for cosmetics, personal-care items and similar products that come into contact with the body.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. If something is wrong with your product, please contact us so we can resolve it.
4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can. We will ask for your order details and, where it helps us assess the issue, photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to put things right. This section does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have.
Contact Us5. Return Postage
Who is responsible for return postage will depend on the reason for the return and the consumer rights that apply to your purchase. We do not ask customers to always pay return postage automatically.
When you contact us about a return, we will explain the postage arrangements that apply to your particular situation.
Return postage arrangements: Where a customer exercises an applicable right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the order, please contact us and we will provide the appropriate return arrangements.
6. Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and assessed, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund processing time: Where a refund is due following withdrawal, it will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and normally no later than 14 days after we are informed of the decision to withdraw. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or evidence of their return has been provided. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Digital Products
Ebooks, digital workbooks, courses and other downloadable resources are digital products. No physical item is shipped, so the delivery process is different from that of physical goods.
Customers purchasing digital content may have a statutory withdrawal right. Where you expressly request or consent to digital content being supplied immediately during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that beginning the supply may cause the right of withdrawal to be lost, the withdrawal right may cease once supply has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy removes any statutory rights you may have where digital content is faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.
Digital Product Delivery8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing on this page is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the law that applies to your purchase. If you are unsure about your rights, you may also wish to seek independent guidance.
