Digital products are supplied electronically and are not physical products. When you purchase a product that is clearly described as digital, no physical book, workbook or other item will be posted.

After a successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital product electronically. For downloadable products such as ebooks and workbooks, access or download instructions will be provided following your purchase and/or sent to the email address supplied during checkout.

Please make sure you enter your email address correctly when ordering, so that delivery instructions can reach you without delay.

Witchways Pure Vegan ebooks and workbooks are supplied as digital files for your personal use. They can be saved and viewed on suitable devices, including:

• Mobile phone
• Tablet
• Laptop
• Desktop computer

Where appropriate, selected workbook, journal, tracker or reference pages may also be printed for your own personal use. You do not need to print the entire ebook or workbook unless you choose to.

Access instructions for courses or other digital resources will be stated on the individual product page and/or supplied following purchase. Different digital products may use different delivery or access methods, so please always read the individual product description before purchasing.

If you cannot locate your digital purchase, please try the following:

• Check your spam, junk or promotions folders.
• Check any download or access information shown following checkout.
