Witchways Pure Vegan respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Jackie Mecheri, trading as Witchways Pure Vegan, based in Spain. You can reach us at any time about privacy matters by email at hello@witchwayspurevegan.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us or that is necessary to run the shop:
- Contact and order details: name, email address, postal address, telephone number if provided.
- Order information: the items you buy, the amount paid and the payment reference you use for a bank or Wise transfer.
- Enquiry content: whatever you write to us in a message or contact form.
- Technical information: basic, non-identifying data your browser sends when loading the site, used to keep it working and secure.
We do not see or store your full card or bank credentials. Payments are handled by Wise or by direct bank transfer to our account.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
- To fulfil your order — performance of a contract with you.
- To answer enquiries — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To send newsletters or offers — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep accounting and tax records — compliance with a legal obligation in Spain.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with the services that help us operate: our website host, our email provider, our payment providers (Wise and our bank), the digital delivery platform used for e-books, and postal or courier services for physical deliveries. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Order and invoicing records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires. Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another provider. Write to hello@witchwayspurevegan.com and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will always appear on this page.
